Hi, welcome again 🚀

➡️ Prompting and Generative AI
What do the 50,000 generative AI tools in the market catering to different needs share in common?
Almost all of them need textual input from a human being, also called a prompt. 👩💻
You’ve heard this before but I need to say it again:
❗️Prompting can make or break the way generative AI works for you.
It is about being as specific and detailed as you can with your demand from AI.
There is so much to explore and play around with, so much room for nuance, nitty-gritties, personalities and emotions to shine through what AI generates for you.
There’s a saying that if you ask the right questions, you will get the right answer.
Since AI imitates human behaviour, AI follows this as well.
The better the problem, the better the solution.🌟
Use this cheat-sheet of some very effective ChatGPT prompts to get started:
➡️ AI News worth Sharing: OpenAI Identifies Its GPTBot Web Crawler
OpenAI, the famous startup behind ChatGPT, has recently revealed it has a digital crawler bot that scrapes and gathers data from different websites to train its own GPT models.🕷️
What this means is that the GPTBot crawls the internet to acquire publicly available online content and use it for its own models. GPT-4 and ChatGPT already provide pretty accurate results, and GPT-5 will likely be trained on the data scooped up by the GPTBot.🤖
While this sounds public-spirited as it’ll only help train AI models better, there are some moral questions being raised as well, like why this bot has an opt-out instead of an opt-in. Read more here.
➡️ AI Tool of the Week: Galileo AI

🚀Entrepreneurship
Remote work has become significantly common since the pandemic. In fact, 36% of people in a research said they would choose it over a pay raise.💵
At Simplified, we have a fully remote team of 50+ employees from across the world. This is what we learn as we build and keep this 🌏️ team:
Remote teams equals communication. 🗣️
That’s literally it.
If you come across people who can help you build something impactful, I don’t want you to compromise because of physical distance.
Instead, think of how you can work despite it.
Synergy in a team that isn’t physically together completely relies on the quality of communication. You have to overdo things, because we’re not in the same room. 💡
My team and I use quite a few AI tools to help us out.
Meeting notes, drafting emails, scheduling and organising workflow, we learn and try to optimise as many resources as we have available (more on this in the next issue).
The bottom line is, remote teams can thrive with responsible, active communication. 🔈️
👔 Leadership Lifestyle
Today’s wise words are from Taras Kravtchouk, Founder and CEO at Tarform.
Tarform is reinventing what it means to move by building the motorcycle of the future, and to call it a thing of beauty is a sheer understatement. See it for yourself.
The company is at the intersection of 3 principles, Beauty, Technology and Ecology. The result is one elevated masterpiece. Their machines are not just beautiful and futuristic, but also sustainable.🏍️
This is a transcription Kravtchouk’s discussion about branding from a session at Showfields Soho:
