➡️ AI Productivity Duos to Turbocharge Your Work
AI tools can do a bunch of stuff.
Combinations of the right AI tools can do 2x more.💡
Using a combination of AI tools will supercharge your productivity and provide a clear funnel for tasks. Anirudh Narayan first talked about this in one of his posts, and it has stuck with me since.
In the vast sea of AI tools and websites, here are some fool-proof catches to make your life easier:
Upmetrics + ClickUp For Creating a Business Plan ✍️
Upmetrics is an AI-powered business planning tool to help you write a business plan, track your progress, and measure your results. ClickUp is a project management tool to help you organise tasks, collaborate with your team, and track progress. Using them together ensures speed and coordination while business planning.
Looka + Simplified For Overall Branding 💫
Looka is an AI-powered brand designer that can help you design your brand from scratch. Simplified offers all social media content services including creating a Brandbook to you stay consistent, identifiable, and cohesive in your designs. Use them together to set your brand up in minutes.

Simplified For Creating Posts and Scheduling Social Calendar 🗓️
Now I know this isn’t a combination, but Simplified was made to be able to wear more hats than one. Choose from 100+ graphic templates to create social posts, schedule and post using their social calendar.
➡️ AI News of the Week: Google to Release its Conversational AI Software ‘Gemini’ Soon
After a while of playing catch-up, Google is soon to launch its worthy competitor to Microsoft-backed OpenAI’s GPT-4 model: A conversational intelligence software called Gemini. 🤖
Similar to GPT-4, Gemini is a collection of large language models that will power everything from chatbots to generative AI capabilities. Google has apparently already given access to a small group of companies to an earlier version of Gemini. Exciting times! ⚡️
➡️ AI Tool of the Week: Anecdote
Anecdote is a game-changing tool for product managers and customer experience teams. It is a customer feedback analytics platform that draws feedback tickets your company/product receives from a range of sources, analyses and identifies bugs from all them to create user bug reports!🪲
It gives you cohesive data full of insights to help identify consumer pain points and, guess what, you can get started for FREE!🤯
🚀Entrepreneurship
I was recently speaking with a young startup founder about their company and what they do, and at some point in the conversation he asked me, “Ajay, how do I exactly know what’s working?”
It feels like a big question, but for me the answer is as straightforward as it can be:
Let the data speak for itself. 🗣️
There are rarely any people more passionate than entrepreneurs. And they’re entrusted with a very central responsibility of balancing optimism with ignorance. 💡
Say you have a great gut feeling about a change/update you’ve made in your product, but the data across consumer touchpoints does not match that.
It is then your responsibility to recognise, accept and take it as it is.🙂
Always try to make informed, data-driven decisions about your business strategy, marketing efforts, and product/service improvements.
Data doesn’t lie, trust it to guide you best. 🌟
👔 Leadership Lifestyle
Everyone knows Zoho, easily one of India’s most successful startups, completely bootstrapped, and relentlessly growing since the past 15 years.
Zoho recently crossed 100 million users of which 50 million were only in the last 5 years, is privately held and profitable with more than 15,000 employees, has the biggest names in its clientele and, wait for it, has never fired a single one of its employees.
There is lots to learn from the man behind Zoho’s unmatched success, Sridhar Vembu. I urge every founder and entrepreneur to intently listen to his interviews, and here is a snippet of his answer to a question about the problem of unemployable graduates from India for the technology sector:
Have a great weekend, see you in the next one!
